Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Courageous Conversations LLC. By accessing or participating in our services, workshops, or programs, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and mutual respect for all participants. 1. General Agreement By enrolling in or attending any of our sessions, programs, or events, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. Courageous Conversations LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. 2. Eligibility Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older, unless specific programs indicate otherwise. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to participate. 3. Confidentiality We are committed to maintaining confidentiality during all sessions and workshops. However, confidentiality may be broken if a participant discloses: Intent to harm themselves or others. Abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable individual. Any other situation mandated by law to be reported. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other attendees by refraining from sharing personal stories or details outside the session. 4. Participation Expectations Participants must engage respectfully, avoiding disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Courageous Conversations LLC reserves the right to ask participants to leave sessions if behavior is deemed disrespectful, harmful, or counterproductive. 5. Payment and Refunds Payments must be made in full prior to attending sessions or workshops unless otherwise specified. Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours in advance of the session or workshop. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice. 6. Intellectual Property All materials provided by Courageous Conversations LLC, including workbooks, presentations, and other content, are the intellectual property of the organization and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without explicit permission. 7.
