Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
Youth Mental Health First Aid Training teaches adults how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in young people. This training is designed for adults who work with, care for, teach, guide, or support youth in any setting.
Today, many young people are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, trauma, peer pressure, social stress, substance use, and other mental health concerns. Too often, adults see the behavior but do not always understand what may be underneath it.
